Shipping and payment

Shipping costs

All prices are final prices including the statutory VAT, currently 7%. Deliveries to countries outside the EU are exempt from VAT in Germany as export deliveries. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT and fees may be incurred upon import. These are not included in the purchase price and are borne by you.
Delivery time
The delivery time is 3 to 10 business days within Europe and 7 to 21 business days to all other countries from conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise stated on the product page. With a subscription, we ship each further monthly box at intervals of one month.
Delivery area
We deliver worldwide to all countries that can be selected in the checkout. In some countries, food supplements are subject to special import regulations. Please check before ordering whether import into your country is permitted.
Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in euros, including for deliveries outside the eurozone. You bear any conversion fees charged by your bank or payment service provider.
Payment methods
You can pay with the payment methods shown to you in the checkout, for example PayPal as well as credit card and other payment methods via Shopify Payments. Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract. With a subscription, the amount is collected via the stored payment method before each delivery.
Cancel your subscription
You can end your subscription at any time before the next delivery in your customer account, by email to bobby@get-glyn.de or via Cancel contracts here.
